Eligibility
Trade accounts are available to registered businesses purchasing Arden & Field products for resale or for client projects.
Account application
Every trade relationship begins with an application. We ask for your business details, business type and how you intend to work with the collection.
Business verification
We verify that the applying business exists. UK incorporated companies and LLPs are asked for a Companies House number; sole traders and partnerships are assessed on the business information supplied.
Account approval
Applications are reviewed individually by Arden & Field. Verification confirms a business exists; approval remains at our discretion.
Made-to-order wholesale
Wholesale orders are made to order and grouped into a monthly production run. Your estimated release month is shown before you place your order.
Product presentation
We ask partners to present Arden & Field products with the care we give them: accurate colour and design descriptions, and our own product photography where imagery is required.
Intellectual property and imagery
Arden & Field product names, designs and photography remain our property. Approved partners may use our imagery to sell our products, and for no other purpose.
Account suspension or closure
We may suspend or close a trade account where the terms of the account are not being met. We will always raise this with you first.
