Privacy Notice
Edgewood Capital Limited, trading as Arden & Field, operates this site and is the data controller for the information described here.
Arden & Field is a trading name of Edgewood Capital Limited

Registering interest
We collect your email address, your name if you choose to give it, the product slug and SKU where a single product is selected, the page or combination you registered from, and the time you registered. We use these details to record your interest and let you know when the collection opens. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form after reading the notice beside it. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Registering interest does not create a retail account.
Trade applications
The trade application collects account type, business name, trading name, business type, Companies House number where applicable, VAT number if supplied, website and social address if supplied, business and delivery addresses, contact name, business email, telephone, business category, whether you have a physical store, a business description, expected order requirements and any additional information you provide. We also record the application time, your trade login identifier, application status, review notes and review time. Approved trade accounts hold business details, account status and any agreed account terms. We use these details to assess eligibility, respond to your application and administer trade access. For sole traders applying to enter a contract with us, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. For company representatives and business verification, the basis is our legitimate interest in assessing and managing business relationships.
Trade logins
You can create a trade login with an email address and password. Supabase handles authentication, including your user identifier, authentication credentials and session data. We record access roles and trade account status to manage permissions. Our lawful basis for managing and protecting trade access is our legitimate interest in operating the trade service. These are trade logins, not retail customer accounts.
Payments and browsing
At this register-interest launch, paid retail checkout is disabled and trade prices are not published. We do not take payment or collect card details through registration or trade applications. Payment functionality exists for a later ordering stage but is not part of registering interest. We do not use advertising trackers, marketing profiling or analytics scripts in the site code. Hosting requests and diagnostic errors may include technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and error details, used for our legitimate interest in operating and troubleshooting the site. The Cookie Notice explains browser storage and externally loaded fonts.
Service providers and sharing
We use Supabase for the database and trade authentication, and Lovable for hosting the site and its backend services. Resend is the email delivery provider: when email is configured, it receives the recipient address and the name or registration/application details needed for the message. Email delivery is not required for a registration or application to be saved. Authorised administrators can view and export registrations and review trade applications. If an internal notification address is configured, registration and application details are emailed there for administration; if none is configured, that notification is skipped. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and receives browser requests, including an IP address. We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertising networks.
International processing
Our service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. The verified Resend sending service is configured in Ireland. The code alone does not establish every provider's processing location or the transfer arrangements for every service. Please contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data. We do not claim a UK-only processing arrangement or a certification that has not been verified.
How long we keep information
We keep register-interest details until the collection launches or until you ask us to remove them, whichever is sooner. Removal is handled by us; the registration form does not provide an automatic deletion facility. We keep trade application, review and login information only while needed to assess the application, administer the business relationship or address a relevant legal requirement or dispute. We review whether it is still needed rather than promising an unverified fixed period. Contact us if you would like your information removed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, erasure or restriction of processing, and portability where it applies. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for register-interest notices. These rights apply subject to the conditions in data protection law. Email us to ask for deletion or to exercise another right. We may need to establish that the request is yours before acting on it.
Contact and complaints
For deletion, withdrawal of consent or any privacy question, email support@ardenandfield.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
