Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only at present, at a flat rate of £4.99 per order. Pre-order — estimated release January 2027. Orders placed now are despatched after the collection is released.
Cancelling a pre-order
Because items are despatched after release, you can cancel your order at any time before despatch for a full refund, including the delivery charge.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return postage, except where an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in those cases we cover the cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the returned item being received. To start a return, email support@ardenandfield.co.uk with your order number. Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, and a further 14 days after that to return them. Our 30-day returns window is offered in addition to, and does not reduce, those rights. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty or damaged, email support@ardenandfield.co.uk with your order number and a photograph, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
